• Drive and energy - the ambition and the will to get it done. We like the infectious kind
  

You can start demonstrating these in your covering letter and CV/Resume. Your interviews are your great opportunity to really shine, so think through how you best showcase your abilities in these areas. Use your previous achievements to highlight these qualities. But remember the most important thing is you be yourself.
