Throughout your Straterjee career you will continuously develop along multiple fronts, often in areas you will never have anticipated. There are six key skills that we focus on helping all of our consultants develop:

  1. Problem solving - the ability to solve the most complex problems through structuring, breaking down, simplifying and carrying our robust analysis. You will develop the ability to ask the right questions to open issues up and the skills to provide insightful solutions

  2. Communication - the skills to communicate the most complex issues simply and succinctly, to build consensus, generate buy-in, ownership and momentum. Communication is arguably the most important skill in business

  3. Leadership - everyone has leadership opportunities at Straterjee. From every level you can lead the team and the client through challenging journeys. Working with the Straterjee team at the top levels of client organisations, you will be exposed to industry leaders. You will understand what it takes to be a leader and how to get things done

  4. Insight - working on the most significant issues, you will become experienced in dealing with key business decisions. You will appreciate the range of considerations and be able to make sound judgments

  5. Project management - you will learn how to successfully structure, plan, execute and review large complex projects, in short timeframes, often with significant constraints

  6. Teamwork - everything you do is as part of a team. From the project team to the wider Straterjee team, you will develop your abilities to read, work with and support colleagues from across the business and client
