We invest heavily in our consultants’ training. Each year you will spend several weeks in dedicated training programs, to build and hone your skills. When you join us you will attend a one week induction and readiness program to get ready for your first client engagement. You will then receive continual constructive feedback during your first projects before your one-year-in training. This cycle continues throughout your Straterjee career.
Training programs focus on 3 key areas:
- Skill development - developing your consulting skills, to help you become a more effective problem solver, communicator and leader
- Knowledge development - developing your knowledge of strategic frameworks, business issues and industry trends, providing you with the cutting edge knowledge our consultants rely on
- Personal development - developing you personally, so you find your best fit of career path, home life and other interests. Helping you be the best and happiest you can be
