We keep things simple, therefore, there are just 5 roles at Straterjee:

  • Office Manager/Support - provide support services to client teams, including finance, HR, legal council, procurement, administration, marketing and IT

  • Associate - leads a project workstream, including problem structuring, data gathering, analysis, synthesis of analyses into recommendations, presentation preparation and delivery. Associates are dedicated to one client project at a time

  • Manager - leads a project team, including project structuring, planning, assignment of responsibilities, management of day to day issues, coaching team members and providing updates to client. Managers are dedicated to one client project at a time

  • Partner - leads client relationships, including providing high level guidance to project teams, coaching and mentoring team members

  • Director - manages the business, supporting client teams where appropriate, coaching and mentoring team members
